Manuscript submission guide

  1. Manuscript Submission.
  • The manuscript of the article is designed using the template posted in this section.
  • Margins: left – 2, on the right – 2, top and bottom – 2 cm.
  • The manuscript is submitted electronically in DOC and PDF format to the editorial office e-mail
  • Separate drawing files in EPS or TIF format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi should be submitted along with the manuscript.

2 Organization and procedure for reviewing articles.

  • All scientific articles submitted for publication in the journal are subject to mandatory peer review for the purpose of expert evaluation of their compliance with the subject of the journal, scientific content, informativeness, novelty, quality of presentation and relevance.
  • The maximum reviewing period is one month.
  • A one-way blind peer review procedure has been adopted for the journal.
  • All reviewers are recognized experts on the subject of the reviewed materials and have publications on the subject of the reviewed article during the last three years.
  • Upon receipt in the editorial office, the article is registered with an incoming number and sent for review.
  • If a positive review is received, the article is considered accepted for publication and is included in the publication plan.
  • After receiving the review, the editorial office sends its electronic copy to one of the authors responsible for communication with the editorial office.
  • If the review contains comments, the editorial office returns the article to the authors for their elimination and finalization of the material in accordance with the reviewer’s recommendations.
  • Authors should finalize and return the article to the editorial office within one month from the date of its submission for revision, otherwise the article is accepted for consideration as a newly received one.
  • In case of rejection of an article, the editorial board sends a notification to the author about the refusal of publication and encloses a copy of the negative review.
  • Reviewing of articles and their publication in the journal are carried out on a free basis.
  • Reviews of articles are kept in the editorial office for five years.
